Overview
Wes is awakened in the middle of the night by an unexpected phone call. It’s Alison, the girl who could have been, who is flying home to Tokyo in the morning and wants to come by for a night of reminiscing before she goes.
Another great success in this genre. The movie is calm, filled with strong character study and spiced up with some tasty surreal shots. Young actors fit and did their job just perfect, the music and cinematography are beautiful, and it’s a touching film overall. All of this achieved by the first time director.
