A good movie from the writer of The Truman Show. Good, but not great. To begin with, the bad guy is very typical. A serious criminal with badass sidekicks in black suites who listen to his commands like “catch him, find him, get him”. So there’s a chance for Timberlake to show his acting skills, which might be better than his music. He did his role fine here.

The movie is about technologically repressed world, nothing very new, but the efforts to update Hollywood’s formulas could be felt.
