Drama, Comedy

A true story of two men who should never have met – a quadriplegic aristocrat who was injured in a paragliding accident and a young man from the projects.

This movie was a big deal in the world of critics, and there is a reason. The other movies just lack the emotional strength of this. Simply put, it has…

Comedy, Thriller, Crime

A criminal on the run cons his way into the wrong dinner party where the host is anything but ordinary.

An intelligent movie about an intelligent psycho. Entertaining, fun and wicked, just like you’d expect it to be, and you also get a great acting and unpredictable script. All of…

Comedy, Crime

For Nick, Kurt and Dale, the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers… permanently.

This this an advanced and successful American comedy. Not too many clichés, the scenario is nice and everything about this movie is just fun.

Comedy, Horror

Two hillbillies are suspected of being killers by a group of paranoid college kids camping near the duo’s West Virginian cabin. As the body count climbs, so does the fear and confusion as the college kids try to seek revenge against the pair.

Another messed up, but not messed up comedy. There’s light absurdism thorough the movie, not too serious, not too stupid, what makes it very fun to watch for black comedy…

Unable to cope with a recent personal tragedy, LA’s top celebrity shrink turns into a pothead with no concern for his appearance and a creeping sense of his inability to help his patients.

Another great performance from Kevin Spacey and intelligent script makes it a good choice if you are looking for not too light, not too serious movie.

An old man named Zivojin Markovic, living in a remote village prays for his grandson Cane to go to the city, sell his cow and bring back a wife. In the city he is supposed to meet up with his grandfather’s stepbrother, but this man is dead. Instead, he meets this man’s two grandsons, two good-natured brothers who are nevertheless small-time criminals and experts in demolition. Cane soon clicks with these men, and also falls […]

Not the best work of Kusturica but might be the most original from what I’ve seen. The movie stays completely on its own, sometimes gets off the track a bit,…

Comedy

When three friends finally come to after a raucous night of bachelor-party revelry, they find a baby in the closet and a tiger in the bathroom. But they can’t seem to locate their best friend, Doug – who’s supposed to be tying the knot. Launching a frantic search for Doug, the trio perseveres through a nasty hangover to try to make it to the church on time.

This comedy is hyped not without a reason. A very fun and easy watching experience, the humor isn’t cheap and there is a great chemistry between the actors.

Set in Edwardian England where upper lips are always stiff and men from the Colonies are not entirely to be trusted, Fisk Senior has little time or affection for his son, but when the pair visit an eccentric Indian, they start a strange journey that eventually allows the old man to find his heart.

Everything about this movie is authentic. The characters, the atmosphere and the spirit of its times. The movie gets too primitive and nostalgic at the end, but I still give…

When a Las Vegas performer-turned-snitch named Buddy Israel decides to turn state’s evidence and testify against the mob, it seems that a whole lot of people would like to make sure he’s no longer breathing.

This movie is what “Deadpool” should have been. Less clichés and stupidity, just action, action, action with fitting jokes. The movie might seem a bit forced, but that’s the director’s…
